What's actually happening
Venus completes a synodic cycle in about 19 months, spending three to five weeks in each sign during direct motion. Aquarius is a fixed air sign, traditionally ruled by Saturn with Uranus as a modern co-ruler.
What the tradition makes of it
Venus in Aquarius is the planet of love and value in its most collective and idealistic register.
